Arthur Chow, B. Comm, RI (BC), FRI, Real Estate Consultant and Project Marketing

While attending the University of British Columbia, Arthur was a research assistant for the Urban Lands Economics Department and was also employed by the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board. After graduating from the Commerce department of U.B.C. in 1981, Arthur joined the Appraisal and Consulting division of A.E. LePage/Royal LePage and carried out residential and commercial appraisals, market studies, feasibility reports and real estate sales. Arthur has appraised over 26,000 different properties to date and has provided investors and developers with appraisals, market studies and consulting services for a wide range of projects including development sites, strata residential condominium projects, mixed-use residential and commercial projects, hotels and resorts, senior housing, shopping centres, recreational properties, master planned residential communities and industrial parks.

In 1999 Arthur joined a Real Estate Project Marketing company and served as Vice-President of Project Marketing and Sales. Arthur enjoys working with developers, architects and interior designers in designing innovative and market driven 'signature' projects. Arthur has much experience in identifying target markets, establishing optimum price models and in designing, implementing and overseeing cost efficient and high impact project marketing and sales campaigns. In March 2004 Arthur joined a Development Company and served as Vice-President of Acquisitions and Development and was responsible for carrying out market research, property appraisals, feasibility reports, property acquisition, rezoning, concept design, leasing and sales.

Arthur currently serves as a real estate consultant specializing in property acquisition, real estate consulting, project marketing and is an associate broker with Macdonald Realty Westmar. Arthur is a member of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia, Real Estate Institute of Canada, Real Estate Council and is a member of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. Arthur has won numerous awards and a bursary and takes pride in working hard and exceeding the expectations of his clients.
